LiftMaster 1/2 HP Belt Drive Install - $429 for 8355w Model with WiFi capabilities. Simple, quite, and Reliable.
Liftmaster DC Motor Belt Drive Install - $479 for 8550w Model with WiFi capabilities.
In addition to more power, you get a back up battery, and an upgraded wall button with extra features such as Time To Close.
Either unit comes with 1 extra remote (2 total), and is quoted for a 7' long rail (for a 7' high garage door opening). An 8' high garage door will require an 8' long rail, and will cost $50 additional.

Everything that the 8550w offers, with an added built in security camera for piece of mind. Also has speakers that allow you to speak in real time through the opener itself. Perfect for those with Amazon Prime deliveries through the garage door. Back up battery, and upgraded wall button with extra features such as Time To Close included.

Liftmaster 8500 RJO Install - $709
This opener has no rail, but instead attaches to either end of the torsion tube, and cranks the tube one way or the other, causing the door to open or close. The advantage to this is it relieves the space where a rail opener would be. In certain space restriction situations, an RJO is the only opener option available. It also comes with a slide lock, adding extra security.
Comes with 1 extra remote (2 total). A Wayne Dalton or an Extension spring system will not work with a 8500. The 8500 is also not recommended on a low headroom track door. 893LM MAX Remote - $45

The 893LM MAX can also be programmed to older Liftmaster, Chamberlain, or Craftsman openers.
Liftmaster 8500W RJO Install-$829
An improvement on the 8500 in every way. Additional weight load capacity, back up battery included, WiFi ready out of the box, and a better wall button. Even the light is upgraded to several rows of LED's, no longer requiring bulbs. I honestly feel there is no better residential garage door opener on the market. Still comes standard with slide lock.

Installed and programmed.
Operates garage opener from outside door with a 4 digit code followed by hitting enter. Can also be programmed to older Liftmaster, Chamberlain, or Craftsman openers.
Home Owner Purchased Chamberlain or Craftsman Opener Install - $250
If you purchased an opener at your local hardware store I will install it for $170, no tax (since I am not supplying the parts). This applies only to doors no larger than 18' wide by 8' tall. Be sure to keep your receipt for your purchase as sometimes headroom or other restrictions may not allow for the specific model you purchased. As always feel free to call with any questions.
